Sales Analyst, B2B and Digital Sales Tools - Beyond Yoga
About the position The Analyst, B2B and Digital Sales Tools is the go-to expert for Beyond Yoga's B2B platform (NuOrder) and digital sales technologies. This role is responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of digital tools, driving data-driven sales insights, and supporting the sales team with analytics and process improvements. You will collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless integration of sales technologies and deliver actionable reporting that supports strategic decision-making. About the Job NuOrder Platform Management: Own day-to-day administration, onboarding, training, and optimization of NuOrder for the wholesale sales team. Serve as the primary liaison with NuOrder's customer success team and internal stakeholders. Troubleshoot platform issues and implement new features to enhance user experience. Digital Sales Tools & Analytics: Manage integrations between NuOrder, CRM, and other sales technologies. Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics to track sales KPIs, pipeline health, and order flow. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Process Automation & Improvement: Identify and implement automation opportunities to streamline sales operations. Document and optimize digital workflows, ensuring data integrity and usability. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Sales, IT, Merchandising, and Order Flow Management to support digital initiatives. Provide training and support to sales team members on digital tools and best practices. Sales Enablement Support: Assist with territory planning, quota setting, and performance tracking using digital tools. Support the preparation of materials for sales meetings and tradeshows as needed. Requirements • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, analytics, or digital tools (apparel/wholesale preferred). • Deep familiarity with B2B platforms (NuOrder highly preferred), CRM systems, and sales analytics tools. • Advanced Excel and data visualization skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.). • Experience training and supporting end users on digital platforms.
