RIA Advisory Platform Specialist

Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled RIA Advisory Platform Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will support financial advisors navigating all aspects of Advisory Operations. Knowledge of custodial platforms such as Schwab, Fidelity, Pershing and Orion Advisor Technology are preferred. Responsibilities · Assist our advisors in navigating Fidelity Wealthscape, Schwab Advisor Center and Pershing NetX360. · Support and provide training on the Orion Advisor Technology platform for our financial advisors · Support advisor offices with account opening, move money and general support. · Daily service and maintenance of existing accounts. · Brand and distribute RIA marketing materials through various channels. · Generate quarterly performance reports for mailing. · Field inbound emails and calls regarding RIA operations and advisor technology. · Assist with onboarding of new advisors to the corporate RIA. · Participate in various initiatives and special projects related to the broker dealer and our corporate RIA. Qualifications · Knowledge of Pershing, Schwab and Fidelity platforms to train advisors on usage capabilities. · Knowledge of Orion Advisor Technology. · Must be a critical thinker who can identify issues and quickly offer solutions. · Ability to manage deadlines, prioritize work and ensure accuracy and execution. · Excellent client service skills. · Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of work. · Associate or bachelor’s degree and/or equivalent professional experience. · FINRA Series SIE or 99 preferred. · FINRA Series 7, 66, and 24 a plus. · 5-7 years financial industry experience. · 3-5 years RIA experience.
