Key Responsibilities: Handle claims, benefits, enrollment, member portal, ID cards, and other customer inquiries in a professional and empathetic manner. Work with customers to resolve problems and provide solutions that meet their needs. Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty through excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and ensure seamless service delivery. Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards, including call handling times, first-call resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores. Essential Qualifications: Call Center Customer Service experience with a focus on inbound calls (no telesales). Excellent Customer Focused competencies, including strong customer service skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities. Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly communicate complex messages over the phone. Ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities. ALL candidates must score an 80% or above on the eSkills test. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED with a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience or call center experience. Healthcare industry experience, particularly in the Medicare space. Previous experience working in a call center environment with a focus on inbound calls. Medical background or experience working in a healthcare-related field.
