Job Summary As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. You'll be the face of arenaflex, and your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will make all the difference in delivering an outstanding customer experience. Responsibilities Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Maintain and update customer information as necessary Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services Provide exceptional customer service and support via phone, email, or chat Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge Qualifications To succeed in this role, you'll need: A high school diploma or equivalent Customer service experience, preferably in the healthcare industry Strong computer navigational skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues Exceptional listening and comprehension skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues Professional and courteous demeanor, with a customer-centric approach Work Environment As a Work At Home representative with arenaflex, you'll have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Here's what you can expect: Ongoing usage of phone and computer systems Your Work At Home environment must be in a private residence, located at the address listed on your personnel file arenaflex will provide the equipment you need to conduct your work, including a webcam You'll need to provide an Internet/Broadband Internet Connection - DSL or Cable only. No Satellite, Dial-up or Wireless Internet connections Your workstation must be connected directly to the Internet with proof that your ISP meets a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and minimum upload speed of 3 Mbps Physical Demands This role requires constant sedentary work, with minimal physical activity. If you're comfortable working in a seated position for extended periods, you'll thrive in this role.
