About the Role We're seeking an experienced Customer Service Specialist to join our Government and Corporate Affairs Team within the arenaflex family. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, while providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients. Why You'll Love This Job • This role is a member of the Corporate Affairs Team within the Government Affairs Division, where you'll have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • As a Customer Service Specialist, you'll be responsible for promoting and selling air travel on arenaflex, preparing itineraries, computing fares, issuing refunds, and preparing and issuing tickets. • You'll also be responsible for answering inquiries regarding general travel information, resolving customer problems in a mutually beneficial manner, and communicating with customers over the phone to research passenger complaints, advise of cancelled or delayed flights, and communicate new rules, policies, and procedures that would affect the customer.
