As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for: Answering phones, emails, and live chat from customers with a professional and friendly demeanor. Responding to customer inquiries in a timely and accurate manner. Identifying and escalating priority issues, reporting to high-level management as needed. Excellent Grammar, Punctuation, and Spelling: A keen eye for detail and a strong command of written communication.
