Job Summary As an Experienced Talent Manager (Administrative & Customer Service), you'll be responsible for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients, marketing our services, and recruiting, interviewing, and matching highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities. You'll also manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service, provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates, and participate in local trade association and networking events to increase blithequark's presence in the local business community. Key Responsibilities: Negotiate and develop business with new and current clients Market our services via telephone, video, and in-person meetings with hiring managers and key decision-makers Recruit, interview, and match highly skilled industry professionals with clients' projects, contract assignments, and contract-to-full-time opportunities Manage ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates Provide ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates Participate in local trade association and networking events to increase blithequark's presence in the local business community Qualifications: We're looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in business development and recruitment. The ideal candidate will possess: A degree preferred 1+ years industry experience preferred 2+ years' experience with Business Development in a Metrics-Driven environment At least one year of success in developing new business in a multi-call, multi-decision-maker environment Prior success marketing to and closing top-level decision-makers at small/medium-sized businesses and cultivating mutually beneficial long-term relationships Working knowledge of current Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel), and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce) Knowledge and familiarity with industry department operations A positive attitude and an engaging businesslike approach Skills and Competencies: To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. You'll also need to be highly organized, proactive, and results-driven, with a strong ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
