We're excited to announce an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Senior Statistics Architect to join our team and lead the transformation and innovation of our Voice of the Customer (VOC) method. About blithequark With over 5 million surveys received from clients each year across the consumer, business, and service provider sectors, our Customer Listening Team is responsible for implementing the Stop-to-Give-Up Voice of the Customer technique. This technique involves designing and programming customer satisfaction surveys, which include 40 studies translated into over 10 languages and deployed in more than 20 countries. As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of our VOC method and driving business success. Key Responsibilities As a Senior Statistics Architect, you'll be responsible for: Collaborating closely with utility teams to outline, build, and capture business needs. Developing knowledge of Voice of the Customer methods and leveraging them to outline and transform data within the Cornerstone Large Data Platform. Designing and building robust data model architecture to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions. Providing big data and batch/real-time analytical answers leveraging transformational technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver innovative solutions ensuring high-quality and accuracy through intensive testing at variable and use case levels. Offering pointers to enhance competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using massive data ecosystems. Powering customer tale evaluation & elaboration, design and development of software programs, checking out & builds automation tools. Proactively identifying and automating repetitive tasks to improve best and efficiency. Working closely with colleagues from GSN and AET to prioritize, define, increase, and review statistics for various use cases as part of the VOC cease-to-quit technique. Talents and Abilities To succeed in this role, you'll need: Hands-on experience with Hive/Hadoop, Pyspark, Python, shell scripting languages, development life cycle management, and troubleshooting understanding for data-driven tasks for a span of no less than 3 years. Energetic collaboration with dating managers/product owners for expertise functional requirements and converting them into technical deliverables. Familiarity with Agile methodologies of delivery, where small increments of a product are introduced at regular intervals to business groups.
