Job Summary As a Healthcare Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you'll play a critical role in helping our clients address their customers' concerns, provide support, and resolve issues. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of our healthcare products and services Document call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes Maintain and update customer information as necessary Upsell current customers on new or enhanced healthcare services Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications: High school diploma or GED Customer service experience is a plus Strong computer navigational skills Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel) Excellent oral and written communication skills Exceptional listening and comprehension skills Professional and courteous demeanor Customer-oriented mindset Work Environment: As a Work From Home (WFH) employee, you'll need to create a dedicated workspace in your private residence that meets our requirements.
