Job Summary The Director of Data Analytics for Specialty Pharmacy will be responsible for leading a team of data analysts and driving the development and implementation of data-driven strategies to support business growth and improvement. This role will require strong leadership skills, expertise in data analysis, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Lead a team of data analysts responsible for data quality, data governance, and data visualization. Develop and implement data-driven strategies to support business growth and improvement. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data solutions. Provide data insights and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders. Manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives simultaneously. Develop and maintain relationships with external vendors and partners. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science. At least 6 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or a related field. Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and driving business growth through data-driven insights. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI. Experience with data governance and data quality frameworks. Preferred Qualifications: We are looking for candidates with: A Master's degree in a related field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or data science. Experience with advanced coding languages, such as SAS, SQL, or C++. Experience with data extraction, data mining, data security, data profiling, data warehouse management, and statistical concepts. Experience with system architecture, such as Master Data Management, Vendavo, Vistaar, Salesforce.com, SharePoint, Wikis, and other related tools.
