Position Overview The Revenue & Communications Coordinator will support the Revenue Team’s KPIs by helping to move leads through the funnel via donor / client research and deck prep, and keeping the revenue operations running smoothly through lead tracking and documentation. This role will also support communications that translate our impact to clients and donors by coordinating the release of our annual impact report, communications calendar, and donor/client-facing materials. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented communicator who is passionate about global entrepreneurship, social impact, and revenue operations. It is especially suitable for an early-career professional in social entrepreneurship, nonprofit management, communications, monitoring & evaluation, business, or international development. The Coordinator will play a key role in supporting Micromentor’s Quarterly Revenue & Communications goals and helping to showcase the organization’s impact through compelling data-driven narratives and well-organized revenue operations. Key Responsibilities Fundraising Operations (50%): Fundraising & Sales Funnel Support • Conduct lead generation research, vetting, and scheduling of discovery calls. • Support follow-up on outreach from leadership (e.g., CEO, Associate Director, etc.). • Prepare for discovery calls by drafting donor briefs and pulling pitch deck templates. • Assist with proposal preparation, gathering materials, and coordinating grant requirements. Tracking, Coordination & Internal Reporting • Maintain accurate updates across Salesforce, Asana, and internal tracking sheets. • Draft weekly Revenue Team stand-up agendas and track action items. • Track grant submission timelines and ensure teams meet deadlines. • Support planning for conferences and partner events (prep materials, follow-up, coordination). Communications & Marketing for Revenue (50%): Content Development & Storytelling • Gather and draft entrepreneur success stories aligned with Revenue Communications strategy. • Produce short-form case studies for clients, programs, and donor reports.Support information gathering for thought leadership pieces. Communications Project Coordination • Manage the revenue communications calendar, ensuring timely delivery of materials. • Coordinate with channel owners (webmaster, marketing team, LinkedIn/social media managers). • Lead coordination of the Annual Impact Report—content gathering, drafting, and distribution. • Support communications and asset generation Direct Reports: None Reports to: Associate Director Revenue & Communications Minimum Qualifications & Required Skills: • 3+ years of experience in global fundraising, partnerships, sales operations, or revenue / communications support roles. • 3+ years of experience using CRM or project management tools (Salesforce, Asana, HubSpot, etc.). • Experience supporting proposal development is preferred • Bi-lingual in Spanish preferred • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong storytelling ability and experience synthesizing qualitative/quantitative data. • Strong attention to detail, organization, and project management. • Interest or experience in using AI tools for content generation, editing and project management. • Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or data visualization tools is a plus. • Ability to work effectively in a remote, multicultural environment. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace. • Understanding of and interest in entrepreneurship, social enterprises, or international development preferred.
