As a Reservation Sales Agent, you'll be the first point of contact for our guests, providing comprehensive information about our parks, resorts, and amenities, and utilizing sales techniques to meet sales goals and exceed expectations. You'll be an integral part of our team, working in a high-volume inbound contact center located in Orlando or Tampa, FL, with the opportunity to work remotely and enjoy a better work-life balance. Job Summary As a Reservation Sales Agent, you'll be responsible for: Utilizing sales techniques to meet sales goals in booking, modifying, and canceling Walt Disney World Resorts and packages Providing comprehensive information about our parks, resorts, and amenities to help guests plan their dream vacation Meeting required departmental metric expectations, including sales and performance goals Completing all required Company trainings and compliance courses as assigned Building and maintaining relationships with guests and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service Providing Guest Service when problems arise and helping find solutions with guests and Cast Members Key Responsibilities As a Reservation Sales Agent, your key responsibilities will include: Handling high-volume inbound calls from guests and potential guests, providing exceptional customer service and sales support Utilizing sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell Disney products and services, meeting or exceeding sales goals and performance metrics Providing detailed information about Disney parks, resorts, and amenities, helping guests plan their vacation and make informed decisions Resolving guest complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty Working collaboratively with other agents and team members to achieve sales goals and improve overall performance Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Reservation Sales Agent, you'll need: Minimum one (1) year of sales and service experience in a high-volume environment Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communications skills Computer proficiency within a Microsoft Windows environment, with the ability to navigate between multiple and concurrent computer applications Grammar fluency and professional email etiquette Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including overtime, weekends, and holidays Proactive engagement with guests, addressing needs, answering questions, and providing directions and other information Ability to work in a structured environment, with a focus on sales and customer service Preferred Qualifications We prefer candidates with: Minimum of three (3) years of Travel Agency experience in a sales service-oriented environment Sales and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections Bilingual skills (fluent in multiple languages) What We Offer As a Disney Reservation Sales Agent, you'll enjoy: Competitive salary: $14.70 per hour, with the potential to earn more based on experience Performance incentives: earn an average of $2.50 to $7.50 per hour, based on performance metrics Flexible, hybrid remote work arrangement, with the opportunity to work from home or in our Orlando or Tampa, FL offices Paid mandatory training class, with multiple performance assessments Opportunities for career growth and professional development, with a focus on sales and customer service skills Comprehensive benefits package, including Additional Personal Protective Equipment (face shields, goggles, refillable hand sanitizers, etc.) as needed Work Environment and Company Culture At Disney, we're committed to creating a positive and inclusive work environment that fosters creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
