The role involves maintaining large business accounts, investigating disputes, and providing training to new employees, all while demonstrating technical and administrative expertise. Responsibilities Maintains large business accounts Utilizes computer system to investigate disputes and resolves complex issues Responds to customers in writing or verbally Acts as coach and trainer to new employees Relied on for system testing projects because of technical proficiency Works under limited supervision.
