Responsibilities • Work with peers/supervisor, principal investigators, research coordinators, research administrators, and other clinical research stakeholders. • Review and negotiate clinical trial budgets. • Conduct Medicare coverage analysis. • Establish and manage PeopleSoft awards and projects. Requirements • Bachelor's degree required. • CITI Certification is required or willing to obtain within 3 months. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in arithmetic manipulation. • Proficiency in MS Office & Excel. • Excellent attention to detail. • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills. • Ability to manage multiple projects/protocols in coordination with interdisciplinary teams and departments. • Knowledge of laws and regulations relevant to administration of clinical trials and CMS rules and requirements. • Knowledge of medical terminology is helpful. Nice-to-haves • Bachelor of Science preferred. • Certification in one or more of the following is preferred: CCRC, CCRP, or CHRC. • Research administration or research coordinator experience in a hospital or academic research setting preferred.
