The position involves processing payroll, ensuring tax compliance, and delivering excellent customer service while working remotely. Responsibilities • Process payroll for multiple entities across the US & Canada • Ensure tax compliance (federal, state, local) like a pro • Partner with OSV/ADP for accurate tax reporting • Solve problems, reconcile data, and keep things running smoothly • Deliver top-notch customer service internally & externally Skills • 4+ years Workday Payroll & Payroll Tax experience (not just HCM!) • 6+ years progressive payroll experience • Multi-state/local tax expertise • Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs & Pivot Tables) • Experience with OSV or ADP SmartCompliance • Detail-oriented, independent, and ready to adapt Benefits • Medical • Dental • Vision • Life insurance • Short-term disability • Additional voluntary benefits • EAP program • Commuter benefits • 401K plan Company Overview • At LHH, we believe work should be meaningful, fulfilling, and connected.
