[Remote] Webflow UX & Digital Content Designer (Remote / Contractor)

Bennett Awards is a design studio specializing in high-end custom awards, seeking a design-led Webflow UX & Digital Content Designer to manage and evolve their website. This role involves ownership of the website, collaborating with various teams to enhance the brand's online presence through UX design, content creation, and optimization. Responsibilities • Own and manage the Bennett Awards website in Webflow • Build, refine, and optimize pages with a strong UX and visual design lens • Execute HTML/CSS adjustments within Webflow as needed • Ensure the site is clean, performant, responsive, and visually consistent • Support and help execute a migration into Webflow • Structure CMS collections, templates, and page hierarchies • Ensure SEO-friendly setup during and after migration • QA layouts, content, and functionality across devices • Apply strong graphic design judgment across layout, typography, spacing, and hierarchy • Translate brand aesthetics into clean, modern, conversion-aware web experiences • Design and refine landing pages, galleries, and case study templates • Maintain a cohesive, elevated visual system across the site • Create and refine digital assets for web and marketing use, including: • Photo editing and enhancement • Render creation from 3D files (where applicable) • Graphic elements for web pages and campaigns • Short-form video editing for site and marketing use • Organize and maintain scalable asset libraries • Coordinate with internal teams to source, prep, and deploy assets intentionally • Support website content creation and refinement: • Website copy updates • Headlines, UI copy, and light narrative blocks • Case studies and galleries • Ensure content is clear, on-brand, and visually compelling • Update and evolve content as new work launches • Design and manage A/B tests across layouts, messaging, and conversion paths • Partner with marketing to optimize UX, CTAs, and lead flow • Use performance insights to continuously improve clarity and conversion Skills • Strong Webflow experience (CMS, components, layout systems) • Exceptional visual design sensibility with a UX-first mindset • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere a plus) • Comfort working with HTML/CSS in Webflow • Experience managing large digital and creative asset libraries • Experience supporting or executing a website migration • Ability to create and refine both visual and written digital content • High ownership, independence, and attention to detail • Experience with A/B testing or CRO workflows • Familiarity with SEO best practices in Webflow • Experience with premium, design-led, or creative brands • Strong understanding of how design + content drive storytelling and conversion Company Overview • Bennett Awards designs and produces custom trophies, recognition awards, and commemorative sculptures for events and organizations.
