[Remote] Web3 / DAO Treasury Manager

They are seeking a Web3 / DAO Treasury Manager to oversee treasury management, asset allocation, and risk management for DAOs and Web3 initiatives. Responsibilities • Manage and oversee DAO and Web3 treasuries across native tokens, stablecoins, and diversified crypto assets • Design treasury strategies covering asset allocation, diversification, runway planning, and capital preservation • Execute treasury operations using DeFi protocols (staking, liquidity provisioning, yield strategies) while maintaining strict risk controls • Monitor market conditions, protocol risk, liquidity exposure, and smart-contract risk • Build and maintain treasury dashboards, cash-flow forecasts, and reporting for governance and stakeholders • Support DAO governance processes by preparing proposals, financial analyses, and execution plans • Coordinate with engineering and security teams to ensure safe wallet management, multisig controls, and operational best practices Skills • Hands-on experience managing Web3, DAO, or crypto-native treasuries with real on-chain assets • Strong understanding of DeFi protocols, tokenomics, staking mechanisms, liquidity pools, and yield strategies • Experience with multisig wallets, on-chain governance frameworks, and treasury tooling • Ability to assess and manage protocol, counterparty, liquidity, and smart-contract risk • Strong financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting skills adapted to crypto-native environments • Experience preparing financial reports and proposals for DAO governance or senior stakeholders • Familiarity with compliance considerations, operational security, and treasury best practices in Web3 • High ownership mindset, sound judgment, and ability to operate independently in decentralized environments • This is a remote role; however, candidates must be U.S. citizens and authorized to work in the United States.
