[Remote] Wealth Management Sales Development Specialist

The Wealth Management Sales Development Specialist will identify and qualify sales leads, manage accounts, and work collaboratively with various teams to achieve sales goals. Responsibilities Contact corporate and University clients to build meaningful and long lasting relationships to generate qualified B2B and B2B2C sales leads though outbound calls, email, webinars, site visits, and conferences Responsible for account management on assigned accounts and Universities Work closely with Wealth Management Specialists to ensure qualified leads result in sales and meeting revenue goals Schedule and conduct Wealth Management webinars and follow up with attendees to generate qualified sales leads Partner with sales to ensure established goals are met Work closely with Marketing to ensure appropriate collateral is used for trade shows and site visits Work with necessary teams to ensure client initiatives are supported throughout the sales process Maintain current working level of knowledge on Wealth Management offerings Skills Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field 1+ years of experience in Sales Must be familiar with SalesForce Microsoft Office knowledge Hands on experience with multiple sales techniques Excellent verbal and written communication skills Effective small group presentation skills both in a live setting and via webinars Ability to travel approximately 25% of the time (air/rail/car/overnight) Ability to successfully collaborate and influence without authority Benefits Remote work provides a flexible work/life balance Comprehensive Retirement Package automatically enrolled in The Company Contribution Plan (8-10% annual company contribution based on tenure) Our Gift of Knowledge Program provides tuition assistance and substantial discounts for our employees and close family members Comprehensive health benefits new hire eligibility starts on day 1 of employment Generous Paid Time Off includes paid holidays, vacation, personal, sick paid time-off, plus one (1) volunteer day and one (1) diversity and inclusion day to participate and give back to our local communities Company Overview Kaplan is a provider of educational services.
