[Remote] Technical Support Engineer - Cloud Security Start Up Vendor

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. StealthWatch is partnering with a high-growth cloud security start-up that is expanding its footprint in the US and is hiring its first Technical Support Engineer in the region. In this role, you will act as the primary technical support contact for US-based customers, troubleshoot issues related to cloud security platforms, and work closely with Engineering to improve support processes. Responsibilities • Act as the primary technical support contact for US-based customers • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud security platforms • Work closely with Engineering to escalate, track, and resolve complex issues • Help define and improve support processes, documentation, and tooling • Provide feedback from customers to Product and Engineering teams • Support customers across different time zones as the US presence grows Skills • Experience in a Technical Support Engineer / Support Engineer / Customer Support role • Strong understanding of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) • Comfortable working in a start-up or fast-moving environment • Clear communicator with strong problem-solving skills • Excited to help build and scale a function from the ground up • Exposure to cloud security, DevSecOps, or SaaS platforms is highly desirable Benefits • Equity / stock options • Full benefits package Company Overview • - !
