Flowtec Group is a high-growth boutique recruitment firm focused on the Midwest construction market, and they are seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to build the internal hiring engine that supports their growth. The role involves designing recruitment strategies, managing hiring processes, and ensuring the company's culture is preserved as they scale. Responsibilities • Own end-to-end internal recruitment for Flowtec (consultants → leadership) • Partner directly with leadership on headcount planning and growth strategy • Build and manage recruiter attraction pipelines (LinkedIn, referrals, direct outreach) • Lead interviews, assessments, and offer processes • Improve and formalize onboarding alongside leadership • Act as a culture carrier — high standards, high performance, zero ego • Continuously refine our hiring process as the business scales Skills • Proven experience hiring recruiters (agency or in-house within recruitment) • Strong judgment — you know how to spot long-term performers vs short-term talkers • Comfortable operating in a startup / scale-up environment • Direct, commercial, and confident communicator • Someone who enjoys autonomy and ownership, not hand-holding Benefits • Free health insurance Company Overview • Flowtec Group is an executive search firm with a global reach and local offices.
