[Remote] Systems Engineer - Cloud DevOps Tech Support

They are seeking a Systems Engineer to provide Cloud DevOps technical support for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), focusing on cloud technologies and mission-critical infrastructure. Responsibilities • Serve as the first line of technical support for FAA cloud environments, including AWS, Azure, and hybrid systems • Respond to, investigate, and resolve service desk tickets related to cloud services, networking, and DevOps tools • Troubleshoot user access issues, system connectivity problems, and application performance concerns • Escalate complex issues to senior engineers while maintaining clear documentation of actions taken • Provide day-to-day operational support including system monitoring, patching, and maintenance • Assist with account management, role-based access control (RBAC), and security compliance • Document troubleshooting procedures, lessons learned, and standard operating procedures • Support system upgrades, migrations, and deployments under the guidance of senior staff • Coordinate with FAA teams to ensure reliable and secure operation of cloud resources Skills • Bachelor's degree in ANY field (HS diploma + 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of bachelor's degree) • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience required • Ability to obtain a Public Trust (non-SSBI) • Must be a U.S. Citizen at the time of application • Master's degree preferred but not required • Positional-related certifications focused on cloud infrastructure, DevOps, and IT are highly desired Company Overview • Talentremedy connects companies with skilled professionals for temporary and permanent positions.
