About the position CSI Companies is hiring a Remote Sr. IT/Healthcare Talent Acquisition Sourcer for our Fortune100 healthcare client. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively identifying, engaging, and recruiting top talent across a variety of business lines. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and providing consultative support to recruiters and hiring leaders. Responsibilities • Conduct nationwide sourcing and recruiting efforts to develop and maintain talent pipelines across multiple business areas. • Execute full sourcing lifecycle activities, including intake calls, passive candidate identification, outreach, and assessment. • Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Salesforce, and other sourcing tools to track candidate communication and document updates for recruiters and hiring managers. • Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to develop sourcing strategies tailored to specific roles and markets. • Provide a high-touch candidate experience through transparent, respectful, and timely communication. • Share market intelligence, pipeline updates, and sourcing insights with recruiters and leadership. • Build and sustain relationships with critical stakeholders to influence and align sourcing strategies. • Leverage data and sourcing metrics to measure effectiveness, adjust strategies, and improve outcomes. Requirements • Verifiable High School Diploma/GED or higher; Bachelor's is preferred. • 3+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition sourcing and recruiting. • Prior sourcing experience within the healthcare industry. • Experience consulting with recruiters and senior leaders on sourcing strategies and talent supply/demand. • Proven ability to manage and present recruiting processes and market insights to leadership. • Strong expertise in LinkedIn Recruiter sourcing techniques. • Experience with Taleo or similar ATS. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook). • Skilled at developing and managing proactive pipelines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. • Ability to use sourcing data to drive innovation, efficiency, and productivity. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and candidate documentation accuracy.
