They are seeking a Senior EHR Analyst to develop and deploy education initiatives for Electronic Health Record programs, ensuring effective training and support across the enterprise. Responsibilities • Developing/executing timelines and deliverables, as well as managing project resources for education initiatives enterprise wide • Develop and deploy communication to AEHR, ITG support teams, division leadership and product teams across the enterprise regarding EHR enhancements and workflow changes • Consults with cross-functional teams to develop, deploy, and implement enterprise training during conversions, updates, new functionality, and upgrades for eClinicalWorks, Experity, Epic, Cerner, Meditech, and other initiatives • In-depth knowledge of EHRs including eClinicalWorks, Experity, Epic, Cerner, and Meditech to provide educational instruction on clinical & non-clinical workflows and best practice • Set the standard for enterprise virtual implementation training requirements and evaluation during clinic adds, provider adds, and conversions • Develops and implements enterprise training initiatives across ECW, Meditech, Experity, Cerner, Epic, and other initiatives, including interactive courses, videos, live training sessions, and all associated logistics and documentation • Partner with AEHR, Payor Initiatives, ITG, and other stakeholders to develop, deploy, and maintain the enterprise intractive courses and SWIFT demos for ECW, Meditech, Experity, Cerner, Epic, and other initiatives • Partner with ITG, Clinical Application, and Solutions teams to identify critical issues, areas of improvement, and workflows when needed during enterprise education projects • Develops, deploys, and implements accountability measures including reporting for meeting training standards and requirements to ensure the success of providers and clinic staff • Develops, deploys, and implements detailed, role-specific interactive distance learning courses to providers, clinical staff, non-clinical staff, AEHR, and ITG support teams • Stays abreast of system changes and updates as well as organizational policies, procedures, and workflows related to EHR implementations • Present regularly to senior division and corporate leadership on upcoming training initiatives and metrics • Thorough understanding of all roles in the physician practice and their impact on documentation to develop, deploy, and implement training standards • Independently evaluate educational content and design efficient and engaging eLearning content for end users • Collaborate with Instructional Design Team to improve education standards • Demonstrates executive presence to act as Education Manager – Instructional Design in their absence • Mentors and provides oversite to EHR Analyst on tasks as assigned per project • Stays abreast of current training and development tools, methodologies, and practices; incorporate into Clinical Services Group (CSG) - Physician Services programs where appropriate • Adheres to all HCA Healthcare and CSG - Physician Services policies, procedures and practices • Performs other duties and special projects as assigned Skills • Bachelor's degree required • 5+ years in instructional design, curriculum development, training delivery or any equivalent combination of education, training, and experience • Strong verbal & written communication skills • Knowledge of Captivate, Articulate, Camtasia, or like software programs • Facilitating non EHR software training, such as communication/presenting skills/standard processes • Strong creative skills to design curriculum as needed and develop content that is effective for the learner, regardless of delivery modality • Ability to present to executive leadership with elevated executive presence • Ability to assess adult learning and development • Active listening and critical thinking skills to be able to communicate with providers, clinical staff, peers, and leadership • Training & Development certification preferred • 3+ years EHR training, preferred • 3+ years designing/ delivering training and support via virtual technology • 3+ years creating and maintaining technical training documents and operating guides • 2+ years of virtual education software such as Articulate or Camtasia Benefits • Comprehensive medical coverage that covers many common services at no cost or for a low copay.
