In this role, you will provide development expertise, guide engineering teams on architectural best practices, and drive the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into products and internal tooling. Responsibilities • Design scalable, enterprise-aligned solutions using Java, Python, MySQL, and AWS • Provide development expertise • Guide engineering teams on architectural best practices • Drive the integration of AI-enabled capabilities into products and internal tooling • Research and prototype new technologies • Create proofs-of-concept • Translate business requirements into maintainable, high-performing technical designs • Collaborate closely with product, data, cloud, and security teams • Participate in code and architecture reviews • Produce clear technical documentation and design artifacts Skills • 7–10+ years of software development with experience designing distributed systems • Strong expertise in Java, Python, MySQL, integration patterns, and AWS services • Hands-on prototyping skills • Proven development experience using AI enabled models and automation tools like Claude or Cline AI tools • Familiarity with Agile delivery • Strong analytical thinking, communication, collaboration, and the ability to lead technical decision-making in a fast-evolving environment • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening Company Overview • Confidential Jobs is operated by ExecThread, Inc.
