[Remote] Social Media Manager, TikTok Beauty

They are seeking a highly skilled Social Media Manager to create, produce, and publish high-quality TikTok content for a new beauty channel, while managing the entire creative process and engaging with the community. Responsibilities • Produce, shoot, and edit 3–5 high-quality short-form TikTok videos per day • Ensure content is aligned with creative direction and priorities set by senior leadership, ensuring consistency in voice, aesthetics, and messaging • Manage end-to-end production including scripting, filming, editing, and publishing with fast turnaround • Maintain a consistent visual style and brand voice across all content • Own day-to-day execution of the TikTok beauty channel, ensuring steady output and quality • Collaborate with leadership to align on content pillars, creative direction, and posting cadence • Implement platform best practices and beauty-specific trends into daily content workflows • Monitor and respond to comments to foster an active and loyal beauty audience • Identify strong audience conversations and convert them into new content angles or series • Track daily performance metrics (views, watch-through, engagement rate, conversion signals) • Use analytics to iterate quickly on what works and phase out underperforming formats • Provide insights to leadership on content trends, audience behavior, and opportunities to scale Skills • 4+ years of experience in social media content creation, with a heavy focus on TikTok • Demonstrated success in growing TikTok beauty channels (brand, creator, or agency side) • Deep knowledge of the beauty space: ingredients, product categories, formats, and community norms • Proven ability to produce high-volume content output without sacrificing quality • Strong proficiency with short-form video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe, Final Cut, etc.) • Excellent on-camera and/or behind-camera storytelling instincts • Highly creative, resourceful, and fast-moving; thrives in rapid production environments • Strong understanding of performance metrics and TikTok analytics • Ability to operate independently with minimal oversight, delivering consistent daily output Company Overview • SuperOrdinary is the distributor of coveted beauty and cosmetics brands.
