Remote Senior SQL Server/Power BI Developer

Trilogy Federal is looking for a remote Senior SQL Server/Power BI Developer with working knowledge of SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS), and Power BI to join our growing company and support our federal client. Our ideal candidate will contribute effectively towards our team goals and ensure exceptional customer experience for our client and their employees. We are seeking an experienced candidate who has prior implementation skills to implement a functional SSAS environment. The selected candidate must have working knowledge of tabular and multidimensional data models, in addition to experience documenting logical and physical data models. We are looking for new staff to start with Trilogy in December 2025. Primary Responsibilities: • Implement a functional SSAS environment. • Building and re-designing a set of reports that need to transition to an analysis services environment. • Work with customer technical team to identify initial requirements. • Apply tabular and multidimensional data modeling methodologies. • Document logical and physical data models. • Document and update reporting environment data model • Develop new reports based on customer requirements Minimum Requirements: • Minimum of 10 years of overall professional experience and a master's degree (or 12 years of experience and a bachelor's degree) • The ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance • Implementation experience • Working knowledge of tabular and multidimensional data models • Experience with Power BI • Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) • Experience with SQL Server Analysis Services (SSAS) • Self-starter able to work independently and within a team • Flexibility and the ability to react to rapidly changing requirements • Resource needs to be flexible and understand role will be fluid - may have other duties as assigned Preferred Qualifications: • Experience generating data models and analytics of a financial nature including budgeting, financial management, or personnel environment. • Preferred VA experience Benefits (including but not limited to): • Health, dental, and vision plans • Optional FSA • Paid parental leave • Safe Harbor 401(k) with employer contributions 100% vested from day 1 • Paid time off and 11 paid holidays • No cost group term life/AD&D plan, and optional supplemental coverage • Pet insurance • Monthly phone and internet stipend • Tuition and training reimbursement $125,000 - $150,000 a year This range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as Trilogy Federal conducts an individual equity review for every candidate based on experience, location, education, industry experience, and comparisons to internal pay bands.
