[Remote] Senior Growth Marketing Manager- Awareness Paid Media
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Midi Health is seeking a Senior Manager - Awareness to lead strategy across their upper funnel paid media channels. This role focuses on driving sustainable growth while managing various media channels and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance marketing effectiveness. Responsibilities • Manage Midi’s upper funnel paid media channels (TV/CTV, D/OOH, Display, OLV, Endemic Partnerships), driving efficient growth in new patients, prescriptions, and product sales • Lead vendor inbound/outbound RFP processes, identifying the best partners and opportunities to support our marketing growth engine • Own budgeting, reporting, and forecasting for owned channels, demonstrating the link from upper funnel reach to down-funnel performance • Partner with creative teams on performance analysis and creative iteration • Explore emerging opportunities within owned channels and lead expansion into new ad platforms and formats • Work closely with cross-functional teams in marketing, operations, creative, and analytics to drive cohesive scale • Serve as a thought leader and actively contribute to Marketing team processes, culture, practices, and systems • Drive automation in campaign management through AI-powered tools Skills • Hands-on experience and advanced knowledge in implementing campaigns through at least one major DSP (DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, etc.) • Experience managing end-to-end direct buys & endemic partnerships • Demonstrated capability of developing awareness media plans • Experience managing large paid media budgets of $10M+ annually • Experience in building campaigns for healthcare brands, deep understanding of healthcare compliance in advertising • Proficient understanding of marketing reporting and analytics, and attribution models, especially as it relates to demonstrating the impact of awareness campaigns • Thirst for continuous learning: stays up to date on platform innovations and industry trends • Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship needs • Comfortability in leveraging AI platform/creative management tools • Startup and/or eCommerce experience within the healthcare industry • Experience working with incrementality testing and Media Mix Models (MMM) • Management experience & passion for mentoring junior team members Benefits • Equity • Benefits Company Overview • Midi Health provides virtual care for women in midlife, offering clinician support for menopause, hormonal health, and related conditions.
