[Remote] Senior Data Analyst – Healthcare Analytics (Remote)

Rapid Talent Group is seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong healthcare and pharmacy analytics experience to support data-driven initiatives. This role involves analyzing complex healthcare datasets, building dashboards, and translating analytics into actionable insights for stakeholders. Responsibilities • Analyze and integrate large-scale healthcare datasets including claims, membership, provider, pharmacy, and utilization data • Write and optimize complex SQL and SAS queries for recurring and ad hoc analytics • Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and performance reports for clinical, quality, and operational leadership • Perform trend analysis and root cause investigations related to medication adherence, pharmacy quality measures, utilization, and care delays • Identify performance gaps, cost drivers, and improvement opportunities • Translate analytical findings into clear, executive-ready storytelling • Support ad hoc analytical projects as business needs arise • Collaborate with IT and data teams to enhance data integration and reporting workflows • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and regulatory reporting requirements • Support initiatives related to value-based care, quality programs, and accreditation Skills • 5+ years of strong hands-on experience with SQL and SAS • 3–4 years of strong experience with Tableau (dashboard development and data storytelling) • 3–4 years of healthcare analytics experience, with direct exposure to: Pharmacy analytics and medication adherence, Health plan or managed care environments • Familiarity with pharmacy quality measures and adherence metrics • Exposure to value-based care analytics • Proven experience working with large, complex healthcare datasets • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight timelines • Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Bachelor's degree (required) • Experience with Python • Experience with Power BI Company Overview • At Rapid Talent, we understand the complexities and demands of the healthcare industry.
