[Remote] Sales Engineer (Remote in USA)

They are seeking a high-performing Technical Sales Engineer to ensure revenue growth by providing product expertise and building relationships with potential customers in the AEC sector. Responsibilities • Build relationships with potential customers to understand how our products fit into their workflows, and demonstrate our capabilities according to that understanding • Understanding our industry, you can help leads to diagnose their biggest pain points, and offer easy-to-accomplish solutions in which our products can save customers time and money • Fully understand the sales cycle within the AEC software sector and engage with key decision-makers, building a persuasive business case and ROI for investing in ALLPLAN’s platform • Establish a strong presence within targeted AEC verticals and professional communities, communicating authentically to develop and maintain a robust network of industry contacts and a healthy pipeline of prospects • Develop a deep understanding of how ALLPLAN’s Professional Services and product portfolio can be tailored to meet unique client needs, accelerating sales cycles and maximizing the value of new customer accounts • Employ a consultative, problem-solving approach to deliver measurable improvements for prospective clients, managing a broad pipeline while promoting renewable software licenses and service agreements • Differentiate ALLPLAN from competitors through creativity and innovative solution selling, highlighting the platform’s unique strengths in the AEC industry Skills • Relevant experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, ideally as part of a full-cycle inside sales team within a SaaS, BIM, or design software company • Knowledge of AEC customer lifecycle, and experience in sales/pre-sales environments • Genuine enthusiasm for innovative technologies and a passion for helping businesses adopt digital transformation in the AEC sector • Strong self-discipline and proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM/business tools to plan, track, and document engagement with prospects and clients • Demonstrated ability to craft and deliver compelling proposals, negotiate value, address client objections, and successfully close deals • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills • Technical aptitude and willingness to develop a thorough understanding of ALLPLAN's BIM platform and the competitive landscape • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to take initiative on new projects and responsibilities as they arise Benefits • Competitive compensation • Performance-based incentives • Comprehensive benefits package • Excellent opportunities for professional development • Skill-building • Career growth within a global organization Company Overview • Global design and BIM software leader serving 650,000+ professionals in the architecture, landscape and entertainment industries.
