[Remote] Sales Director – North America (Life Sciences) | MSB Docs

MSB Docs is a fast-scaling company across North America seeking a Sales Director with extensive experience in selling SaaS solutions in the Life Sciences sector. The role involves owning the territory, driving enterprise revenue, and managing the full sales cycle while engaging with key stakeholders. Responsibilities • Own the territory (US + Canada) and drive net-new enterprise revenue • Hunt, prospect, and build your own pipeline, no waiting around for inbound leads • You’ll also handle and close the inbound and marketing-generated leads that come your way • Run full-cycle sales: discovery → demo → compliance validation → negotiation → close • Sell MSB Docs as the compliance-first solution (21 CFR Part 11, HIPAA, eIDAS, EU GMP Annex 11, GDPR, CPRA, DPF, SOC 2, ISO 27001, etc.) • Engage QA, RA, IT, Compliance & C-Suite stakeholders • Compete hard and win big deals Skills • 5–7+ yrs enterprise SaaS sales — strong hunter DNA • Track record of closing 6–7 figure deals • Sharp at navigating long, multi-stakeholder sales cycles • High activity: Regular outreach through calls, emails, and follow-ups • High urgency: Fast turnaround on communication and next steps • High discipline: Accurate and timely updates in HubSpot • Willing to travel ~30% • Experience selling to Life Sciences is a major plus Benefits • Aggressive base + uncapped commissions • Huge OTE potential • Remote-first, high-growth environment • Big territory, big autonomy, big upside Company Overview • MSB Docs provides e-signature and document management solutions.
