As a Sales Development Representative, you will manage inbound inquiries, qualify leads, and partner with internal sales teams to drive pipeline growth and enhance lead management processes. Responsibilities Directly manage inbound inquiries across various channels, qualifying leads to drive significant pipeline growth for Cisco Partner with internal sales teams to progress these qualified leads, directly impacting revenue generation and market expansion Enhance lead management processes to improve conversion efficiency and ensure data integrity across critical systems, contributing to operational excellence Uncover new revenue opportunities through up-sell and cross-sell identification, making a tangible impact on Cisco's financial success and market reach Skills Completion within the past 3 years, or current enrollment with expected completion within 12 months, of a certification or relevant degree program (e.g., Associates, Apprenticeship, Boot Camp, or Certification in a specialized program + 1 year of relevant experience, High School Diploma + 2 years of relevant experience) or Bachelors + 0 years of relevant experience.
