[Remote] Sales Development Representative

As a Sales Development Representative, you will drive top-of-funnel pipeline growth by engaging prospects, qualifying leads, and collaborating with the marketing and product teams to optimize campaigns. Responsibilities Own outbound prospecting across healthcare segments (RCM vendors, MSOs, DSOs, Pharma Hubs) Research target accounts, identify decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging Engage prospects via multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) Qualify inbound leads and route high-potential opportunities to AEs Maintain clean and accurate data in Hubspot Partner closely with marketing and product to relay customer insights and optimize campaigns Experiment with new tools, scripts, and sequences to optimize conversion rates Skills 1+ years of experience in a health tech sales or business development role Proven ability to hit or exceed pipeline or meeting targets Comfort with outbound prospecting and objection handling Clear, concise communicator—strong written skills are a must High agency: You thrive in fast-paced environments and take initiative without waiting to be told Passion for technology, healthcare, or solving complex systems problems Experience selling into healthcare providers, MSOs, DSOs, or payers Benefits Health, dental, vision, and equity options Company Overview SuperDial automates high-volume outbound phone calls that healthcare teams make to insurers using advanced voice AI.
