[Remote] Sales Development Representative
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Hitched Marketing Co. is a results-driven marketing agency focused on generating leads for Wedding Venues. The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential customers, conducting outreach, and setting appointments to drive business growth. Responsibilities Conduct inbound & outbound prospecting through follow up calls, cold emails, and Facebook Ads leads to generate booked appointments Research and identify potential clients and decision-makers within the wedding venue industry Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining fit for the company's products/services Respond to all client questions in a timely and concise manner (within a business day) Learn and understand our tech stack (systems and tools) so you can use them effectively. You don’t need to be a rocket scientist, just a basic understanding of how and why things work Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system and update lead status Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine outreach strategies Participate in team meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge Track performance metrics and report on outreach efforts to management Collaborate with marketing teams to align strategies and share insights from prospects Manage and prioritize daily tasks to ensure maximum productivity Participate in role-playing exercises to practice and enhance sales techniques You are ready, willing, and EXCITED to role play and practice communication and techniques to sell clients on an idea, strategy, concept, or new initiative You are comfortable speaking and listening to people from all over the world You have excellent written and verbal English skills You’re fun to be around over coffee or cocktails outside of work (or tea if that’s your thing) You're located in the United States to attend occasional in-person conferences Skills At LEAST 1 Yr of Prior Experience (REQUIRED) Ability to build rapport and establish relationships quickly Solution Focused Mindset Passion for all things digital marketing and helping small businesses grow Demonstrated understanding and awareness of prospects Strong verbal and written communication skills Strong knowledge and experience of booking qualified appointments Detail-oriented and organized Exhibit enthusiasm, passion, and commitment Ability to manage multiple conversations and relationships with prospects while staying focused on the details Previous experience working for a digital marketing agency or consulting agency Experience using project management / CRM tools Benefits Unlimited PTO Regular Training & Development Strong team chemistry and community Company retreats Opportunity for quick career advancement and promotions Company Overview Wedding Venue Growth Specialists | Developers of the Hitched CRM System It was founded in undefined, and is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, US, with a workforce of 2-10 employees.
