Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InnoVint is seeking a Sales Development Representative to help build their outreach strategy to wineries. This role involves using data-driven prospecting methods and AI tools to engage potential clients and create a pipeline for the sales team. Responsibilities Prospect into target winery accounts using thoughtful, personalized outreach powered by data, segmentation, and AI tools Create and customize outbound sequences to reach winery owners, GMs, winemakers, operations, and finance leaders Engage prospects across channels including email, LinkedIn, social selling, and cold calling Test creative prospecting ideas such as warm intros, events, gifting, and tailored messaging Confidently handle objections and questions over email and phone Book first meetings directly onto Account Executive calendars Partner closely with Marketing on campaigns and events to generate pipeline Track activity and results in HubSpot to improve targeting, messaging, and conversion rates Help build and document the SDR playbook by capturing what works, what doesn’t, and why Share feedback with Sales and Marketing on messaging, personas, segments, and objections Skills Grit and resilience. You're comfortable with outbound outreach, rejection, and learning through iteration Exceptional communication skills. You write and speak in a way that's thoughtful, concise, and human You connect easily with people. You're curious, friendly, and comfortable starting conversations with someone new Tech savviness. You're comfortable working in tools like HubSpot and ChatGPT and can pick up new software quickly You have experience in sales development, marketing, or growth roles. Direct SDR experience is a plus but not required You take ownership, move quickly, and hold yourself accountable for results Passion and interest in the wine industry and learning how wineries operate (industry experience not required) Energy and ambition.
