[Remote] Sage X3 + Zoho CRM Consultant

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. InTandem is working with an established wholesale distributor undergoing a significant digital transformation. They are seeking a consultant to lead the implementation of Zoho CRM, integrating it with Sage X3 and BigCommerce, to unify customer data and streamline workflows across various departments. Responsibilities • Lead a CRM implementation process, gathering requirements across Sales, Ecommerce, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Finance; assessing integration needs with Sage X3 and BigCommerce; and delivering a clean kickoff • Design the CRM data model and core workflows, including objects, fields, naming conventions, validation rules, lifecycle stages, task management, follow-ups, and foundational reporting • Oversee CRM implementation and integrations, coordinating with vendors and integration partners, configuring the system for 10–15 users, and ensuring alignment with operational needs • Establish a data governance and migration strategy, including assessment of historical data, decisions on what to migrate, hygiene rules, and ownership for ongoing maintenance • Deliver documentation, training, and enablement, including system documentation, lightweight end-user training, and a practical playbook for ongoing CRM administration and best practices Skills • Manager-level RevOps / CRM implementation expert with experience supporting SMB or mid-market organizations • Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM • Proven experience leading CRM implementation projects involving ERP and eCommerce integrations with Sage X3 and BigCommerce • Deep capability in designing CRM data models, workflows, dashboards, and governance frameworks • Comfortable working with lean, cross-functional teams in family-owned or closely held businesses • Strong problem-solver who can bring structure, data hygiene, and repeatable processes to fragmented environments • Clear communicator able to work directly with founders and department leads • Experience producing documentation, training materials, and operational playbooks for long-term system success Company Overview • InTandem is an on-demand RevOps talent marketplace that partners with businesses to optimize their sales, marketing, and customer success functions.
