[Remote] Retirement Plan Consultant II - Memphis, TN

The Retirement Plan Consultant will provide objective guidance aligned with the needs of plan sponsors and employees, conducting presentations and participating in educational campaigns to enhance plan participation. Responsibilities • Conduct individual and group presentations, in person or via video technology, to improve awareness of plan features and to grow plan assets. Presentations include enrollment meetings, age-based financial education meetings, and sophisticated financial literacy meetings as requested by the plan sponsor or determined by the applicable communication and education plan • Actively participate in benefit fairs and new employee orientations • Participate in the annual plan review and financial education planning process • Assist Relationship Manager and/or District Vice President with targeted education campaigns to increase participation and deferral rates • Meet with participants and eligible employees to educate employees regarding plan participation • Travel dependent on your territory may be required for new plan enrollments Skills • High school diploma or GED required • Series 7 and appropriate state insurance licenses required • Must have excellent presentation skills • Bachelor's Degree preferred • Series 66 preferred • CFP, ChFC or similar designations desirable • Bilingual Spanish/English skills a plus Benefits • Competitive benefits package with immediate access to medical, dental, vision, life insurance and 401(k) plan with match • Health and Wellness: We offer a range of medical, dental and vision insurance plans, as well as mental health support and wellness initiatives to promote overall well-being. • Retirement Savings: We offer retirement benefits options, which vary by location.
