[Remote] Remote ServiceNow Developer [U.S. Citizenship Required]

Via Logic LLC is an information technology partner focused on driving innovation in various domains including DevSecOps, Data Science, and Cyber Security. They are seeking a mid-level ServiceNow Developer who will support the development of locally developed applications, lead integrations with external systems, and manage ServiceNow components in the bolthires/CD pipeline. Responsibilities • Support the design and development of locally developed applications (LDAs). • Provide guidance and mentorship to citizen developers. • Lead and execute integrations with external systems. • Manage the movement of ServiceNow components, collections, and deployables in the bolthires/CD pipeline. • Implement, integrate, configure, and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform. • Work closely with the ServiceNow Architect to conduct code reviews, provide proofs of concept, and facilitate product demonstrations. • Perform development activities, including troubleshooting, coding/scripting, and configurations of moderate to high complexity. • Map business services and requirements to ServiceNow capabilities. • Administer, deploy, and manage USCIS systems and PaaS, SaaS, and IaaS platforms using a privileged user account. Skills • 3+ years of relevant technical experience. • Current U.S. residence and within U.S for 3 of the past 5 years. • U.S. Citizenship required to obtain a Public Trust clearance. • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer. • At least one current CIS (Certified Implementation Specialist) certification. • Experience with ServiceNow integrations, ITSM, and scoped applications. • Experience with bolthires/CD pipelines in a ServiceNow environment. • Strong team player with excellent client-facing communication skills. • Experience with the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) is preferred but not required. • Familiarity with custom application development best practices. • Candidates must meet public trust clearance requirements. Education Requirements • Completed Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
