Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism, to implement behavior intervention plans and support their growth in various settings. This role requires a commitment to fostering positive behavioral changes and enhancing the quality of life for our clients. ABOUT THE POSITION Department: Clinical / ABA Position Type: Remote Job Type: Part-Time / W2 Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week Availability: 4 PM Eastern Time Zone onwards or as needed. Duties • Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). • Assist clients in developing daily living skills and social skills through structured activities. • Collect and maintain accurate data on client progress and behaviors for medical documentation. • Support clients in various environments, including home, school, and community settings. • Maintain confidentiality of client information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • Collaborate with families and other professionals to ensure cohesive support for clients. • Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills in behavioral therapy. Requirements • Must be based in a Pacific Time Zone location.. • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism is highly desirable. • Background in special education or related fields is preferred. • Familiarity with medical terminology, care plans, and medical records management is beneficial. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients, families, and team members. • Ability to assist clients compassionately while promoting independence. • Knowledge of behavioral therapy techniques is a plus. • Must be able to pass any required background checks and training certifications.
