[Remote] RCI-FB-67422-1 Technical Program Manager -Atlassian Tools (Hardware)
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Rangam is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead the adoption and optimization of Atlassian tools for Reality Labs hardware teams. The role focuses on improving hardware Product Development Processes through standardized workflows and efficient cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities • Lead Atlassian (Jira, Confluence) tool strategy and adoption for hardware PDP workflows • Assess existing hardware development processes and implement improvements using Atlassian tools • Configure, roll out, and onboard teams to Atlassian tools, including migration of legacy data • Partner with engineering, program management, operations, and cross-functional teams to align processes • Create and maintain documentation, training materials, and best practices • Establish governance, reporting standards, and dashboards • Monitor adoption metrics and continuously improve tool usage • Act as the primary point of contact for Atlassian initiatives within Reality Labs hardware teams • Align with central Meta teams on integrations, security, and compliance Skills • 5+ years of experience in Technical Program Management, process improvement, or tool adoption • Strong hands-on experience with Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence) in large organizations • Solid understanding of hardware product development lifecycles and PDP methodologies • Proven experience leading change management initiatives • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in AR/MR, consumer electronics, or hardware industries • Atlassian certifications (Jira or Confluence Admin) • Experience supporting contractor workforce models • Exposure to AI/ML integrations within business tools and processes Company Overview • Rangam is a global, innovative, Total Talent management firm with the mission of accelerating meaningful employment for everyone!
