As a Remote Process Optimization SME, you'll have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of professionals to optimize processes, drive growth, and transform the Medicaid line of business for one of our enterprise-level clients in the healthcare industry. About the Role As a Remote Process Optimization SME, you'll play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimization within a fast-paced and dynamic enterprise environment. Your primary responsibilities will include: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and optimization Analyzing data and identifying gaps to inform process improvement recommendations Developing and implementing process optimization strategies to drive efficiency and productivity Enhancing productivity across various teams through effective communication and collaboration Providing subject matter expertise to drive process improvements and optimization Working closely with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Experience leading process improvements and optimization in an enterprise-level environment (Medicaid or health insurance experience preferred) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Six Sigma certification or equivalent experience Change management background or experience Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Process optimization and improvement Data analysis and interpretation Strategic thinking and problem-solving Effective communication and collaboration Project management and implementation Change management and leadership Career Growth Opportunities At Insight Global, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
