[Remote] Principal Consultant – Oracle CX Sales Cloud

As a Principal Consultant for Oracle CX Sales Cloud, you will guide customers through the transformation of their Sales and CRM processes, leading requirements definition, solution design, and system configuration for complex Sales Cloud programs. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end solutioning for Oracle CX Sales Cloud—covering Lead, Opportunity, Accounts/Contacts, Territories, Forecasting, Sales Planning, Activities, Mobile Sales, and Partner Relationship Management (PRM) • Own the Sales Cloud solution blueprint, cross-functional flow design, fit-gap analysis, and sales process modernization • Translate business goals into scalable Oracle CX Sales configurations & extensions • Serve as a senior advisor for sales excellence, revenue operations, pipeline governance, and CRM adoption strategies • Represent Sales Cloud in enterprise-level design sessions involving CPQ, Subscription, CX Service, ERP (Order Management & AR), OIC, and data governance • Build strong, trusted relationships with Sales, RevOps, IT and Executive Leadership • Conduct stakeholder analysis and guide change management strategy for sales teams • Advise clients on roadmap, phased rollout strategy, data governance, and Sales Cloud maturity evolution • Manage client expectations, executive escalations, and risk/issue communications • Lead Conference Room Pilots (CRPs), discovery workshops, design walkthroughs, SIT/UAT cycles, data migration validation, and cutover readiness for Sales Cloud • Drive project alignment to scope, effort, timeline, and Trinamix delivery methodology • Provide hands-on leadership for issue triage, root-cause analysis, and risk mitigation • Collaborate with cross-shore Trinamix teams (onsite/offshore) to orchestrate seamless delivery • Manage scope boundaries and ensure all solution decisions follow RACI and governance models • Configure, test, and validate Oracle CX Sales Cloud objects including: Lead & Opportunity Management, Account/Contact Management, Forecasting & Quota Management, Territory Management, Sales Planning & Performance, Activity, Tasks, and Appointments, Digital Sales & CX Sales Mobile, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Engagement Cloud (Sales) • Design integration mappings with Oracle CPQ, Subscription Management, CX Service, EPM (Quota Planning), and ERP modules • Define RICEW components relevant to Sales Cloud (reports, analytics, extensions) • Review and approve all Sales Cloud configurations, BRFs, lookup strategies, and data models • Mentor consultants, offshore teams, and junior architects on Sales Cloud best practices • Review deliverables, configurations, and functional design documents • Contribute to internal accelerators, playbooks, reusable templates, and industry solutions • Promote continuous learning and Oracle Sales Cloud certifications across the team • Stay updated with Oracle CX Roadmap (Fusion CX quarterly updates) • Provide recommendations for AI-driven sales automation, predictive forecasting, and customer engagement enhancements • Bring forward process improvements and advanced features (Digital Sales, Sales AI, Guided Selling, Sales Insights) • Publish internal POVs and contribute to Trinamix’s thought leadership assets Skills • Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of IT experience including 6+ years implementing Oracle CX Sales Cloud • Hands-on implementation experience in at least 3–4 full cycles of Oracle Sales Cloud • Deep functional expertise in: Lead-to-Opportunity lifecycle, Account/Contact Data Model, Sales Forecasting & Quotas, Territory Management, Sales Planning, Activities & Sales Mobile, Partner Relationship Management (PRM), Oracle Engagement Cloud (Sales) • Experience integrating Sales Cloud with: Oracle CPQ, Subscription Management, CX Service, Order Management / ERP, OIC middleware • Ability to lead workshops, drive fit-gap, and author FDDs, BRDs, and solution design docs • Strong client-facing communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills • Experience working in global delivery models (onsite/offshore) • Oracle CX Sales Cloud Certifications (Implementation Specialist) • Experience with Big-4 or top-tier consulting firms • Experience with EBS CRM or Siebel CRM is a strong plus • Strong industry expertise in High-Tech, Industrial Manufacturing, Lifesciences, CPG, Retail, or Telecom • Experience collaborating with Oracle Sales, Oracle Support, and Oracle Customer Success teams • Knowledge of adjacent Oracle modules like CX Service, CX Marketing, Subscription Management, CPQ, or EPM Planning for Sales Company Overview • Trinamix is an award-winning Oracle partner with end-to-end expertise in Oracle SCM, ERP, EPM, Logistics, CX, & PLM applications—helping enterprises drive agility and business growth.
