They are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support enterprise project management and transformation practices, ensuring alignment between strategy and execution. Responsibilities • Gather, analyze, and interpret portfolio and program data to provide actionable insights for decision-making. • Support portfolio prioritization, planning, and governance activities, ensuring alignment to strategic goals. • Develop dashboards, reports, and presentations that clearly communicate progress, risks, and opportunities. • Track benefits realization and ensure project outcomes are tied to measurable business impact. • Coordinate and track key milestones, deliverables, and interdependencies across initiatives. • Assist in developing and maintaining PMO frameworks, templates, and processes aligned with the IMPACT Engine System™. • Support project scheduling, resource management, and reporting to ensure accuracy and visibility. • Identify process gaps and recommend improvements that increase efficiency and consistency across programs. • Support change and stakeholder management efforts, ensuring that messages, timelines, and impacts are clearly communicated. • Partner with transformation leads to ensure project and portfolio updates are timely, accurate, and aligned with organizational priorities. • Help create artifacts, playbooks, and tools that reinforce alignment and adoption across stakeholder groups. • Participate in project retrospectives, capturing lessons learned and improvement opportunities. • Maintain PMO repositories and knowledge bases, ensuring information is current, consistent, and accessible. • Contribute to internal GTG innovation efforts by refining templates, tools, and methodologies used across client engagements. Skills • 3–6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or portfolio management support—consulting experience a plus. • Strong analytical skills with experience in data visualization, metrics tracking, and portfolio reporting. • Proficiency with project and portfolio management tools (e.g., Planview, Smartsheet, Asana, Monday, Power BI). • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information for executive audiences. • Solid understanding of project delivery lifecycles (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid). • Ability to balance attention to detail with a broader understanding of strategic priorities. • PMP, CAPM, or equivalent certification preferred. • IMPACT Engine System™ Certification preferred (support provided if not already certified).
