They are seeking a Platform Professional Services Consultant to provide strategic support for the operationalization of the Falcon platform, ensuring customer success in managing security incidents. Responsibilities • Use your security knowledge and expertise of the Falcon Platform to drive all service objectives to completion and support all customer-related workflows • Produce and deliver service-defined kickoff and technical onboarding meetings, and periodic status updates with the customer • Support technical discussions pertaining to the Falcon platform, associated detections and preventions, and general service-related best practices aligned to the Platform Professional Services Operating Model • Serve as the liaison with other internal CrowdStrike stakeholders to ensure customer inquiries and operating requirements are fully resolved • Actively engage customers via virtual meeting, email, or case management system • Work with leadership to participate in activities to identify and improve service outcomes which align to CrowdStrike’s mission and strategic goals Skills • Customer Service: The most important aspect of our service is customer success and satisfaction.
