[Remote] Part-Time Social Media Manager (Content + Community + On-Camera)

They are seeking a hands-on social media manager to own their social presence end-to-end, including strategy, content creation, community engagement, and performance reporting. Responsibilities • Build and maintain a weekly/monthly content calendar • Own social content strategy (education + product storytelling + growth) • Create short-form content (TikTok/IG Reels-style): scripting + filming + editing • Design carousel graphics (Canva/Figma) • Write captions, do hashtag + keyword research • Run trend research and adapt trends into on-brand posts • Manage community engagement (comments/DMs) and surface insights • Provide weekly performance snapshots + monthly retrospectives Skills • Proven experience managing social for a brand or creator (portfolio required) • Strong short-form instincts: hooks, pacing, retention, storytelling • Strong video editing (CapCut/Premiere/Final Cut or similar) and ability to produce polished posts fast • Comfortable on camera (face-to-camera and/or voiceover) • Strong design skills for carousels + clean, modern visuals • Strong writing and consistent execution (calendar-driven, reliable posting) • Background or strong interest in wellness, nutrition, behavior change, and health education • Experience creating UGC-style app demos that drive installs • Experience working with consumer apps/startups (especially health or lifestyle) • Familiarity with creating content that's evidence-informed and responsible (no medical claims) Company Overview • Flourish AI is an AI-powered nutrition companion designed to help millions of people managing chronic conditions like IBS, GERD, autoimmune disorders, and metabolic health issues make smarter food choices.
