Essential Qualifications – What You Must Have Current group exercise instructor certification from an NCCA‑accredited organization such as ACE, AFAA, NASM, ACSM, NETA, or an equivalent specialty credential. Minimum of 1 year of experience leading group fitness classes in a community, corporate, or studio setting.
