You'll work closely with supportive team leaders and have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a fast-paced environment. **Key Responsibilities** As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for: * Delivering exceptional service and cultivating positive lifetime relationships with customers across all blithequark communication channels—phone, email, live chat, social media, and SMS. * Upholding our core values in democratizing fashion and expressing them through everyday interactions. * Staying informed about all blithequark products, fit, styles, and inventory to assist customers in finding the perfect look for their individual style and events. * Resolving customer inquiries with care and creativity, providing a personalized, unique service tailored to their needs, all while meeting quality and productivity goals in our fast-paced environment. * Sharing customer feedback and insights with team members and leaders to continually enhance the customer experience. * Fostering an empathetic, positive, and collaborative team culture that thrives on diversity and energy. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed as a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll need: * At least 2 years of experience working in a customer-focused environment. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and building positive lifetime relationships. * Multitasking skills, with the ability to handle multiple customer conversations at a time and meet productivity and quality goals with ease. * Resilience and adaptability, with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make decisions using all your knowledge tools. * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to listen well and express ideas clearly to produce positive results. * Strong integrity, with a commitment to upholding honesty and ethical standards and adhering to our company values and policies. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * Technical aptitude and problem-solving skills, with experience using computer software and hardware. * Computer proficiency, with experience using G Suite, Google Chrome Browser, Slack, Zoom, and other relevant tools. * High-speed internet access, with a minimum 10Mbps connection (blithequark will provide laptop and headset). **Work Environment and Culture** As a Remote Part-Time Customer Experience Associate, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, with the flexibility to choose your own schedule.
