Key Responsibilities • Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely and effective solutions. • Monitor social media channels for mentions, comments, and messages related to BT Group. • Respond to customer queries and feedback on social media platforms in a professional and engaging manner. • Escalate complex customer issues to the appropriate internal departments for resolution. • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and social media engagements. • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge. • Contribute to a positive and collaborative remote team environment.
