[Remote] Onboarding Specialist (SaaS Implementation | Remote US | Customer Training + Configuration)

Cilio Technologies is providing production management software for contractors and installation organizations, and they are seeking an Onboarding Specialist to run customer implementations for their SaaS platform. This role involves managing multiple customer onboarding processes, executing playbooks, configuring accounts, and leading training sessions to ensure users can quickly and independently use the software. Responsibilities • Manage multiple new customers at once • Execute repeatable onboarding playbooks • Configure accounts • Lead training sessions that get users live quickly and independently • Guide customers through configuration, training, and launch using standardized implementation playbooks • Account setup • User and role configuration • Validating workflows • Hosting virtual training • Documenting changes • Coordinating handoffs to Customer Support and Customer Success Skills • 2+ years onboarding/implementation experience with a SaaS product • Strong client communication and training ability • Ability to manage multiple customer projects at the same time • Disciplined and comfortable following structured playbooks • Organized and able to document clearly for handoffs • Authorized to work in the US; remote work ready • Familiar with workflow and job management concepts (bonus) • Experience using Jira or similar project tools (bonus) Company Overview • Cilio Technologies, LLC is a company that creates field service management software for home improvement manufacturers.
