[Remote] .NET Developer – Investment Banking
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Lorven Technologies Inc. is seeking an experienced .NET Developer with strong Investment Banking domain knowledge to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building high-performance, secure, and scalable systems in a regulated financial environment. Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core) • Work closely with Investment Banking stakeholders including traders, risk, operations, and compliance teams • Develop and support systems related to trade lifecycle, pricing, risk, settlements, and reporting • Build and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party/vendor systems • Write optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned data access layers • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and delivery • Ensure applications comply with security, audit, and regulatory standards • Perform code reviews, unit testing, and production support as needed Skills • Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core / .NET 6+ • Solid understanding of Investment Banking concepts, such as: Trade lifecycle, Equities / Fixed Income / Derivatives, Risk management and pricing, Settlements and clearing • Experience with SQL Server / Oracle databases • Strong knowledge of OOP, design patterns, and SOLID principles • Experience with REST APIs, microservices architecture • Hands-on experience working in financial services or investment banking environments • Familiarity with Agile methodologies Company Overview • Lorven Technologies, Inc. is a highly recognized provider of professional technology consultancy in the US.
