Key Responsibilities: • * Transcribe medical reports, summaries, consultations, and patient history accurately and efficiently. • * Listen to audio recordings from healthcare professionals and document the information verbatim. • * Enter transcribed data into EHR systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date. • * Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans. • * Maintain a high standard of quality and consistency in all documentation, adhering to established guidelines and medical terminology. • * Ensure the confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations. • * Review and edit documents for accuracy, grammar, and clarity. • * Communicate effectively with healthcare providers to clarify ambiguous or unclear instructions. • Required Skills and Qualifications: • * Excellent command of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. • * Proficient typing speed and attention to detail. • * Strong listening skills and the ability to transcribe audio recordings accurately. • * Familiarity with EHR systems and healthcare documentation practices. • * Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. • * High level of professionalism and ability to maintain patient confidentiality. • * Strong written and verbal communication skills. • * Ability to work independently and remotely with minimal supervision. • Experience: • * Prior experience as a Medical Transcriptionist or Medical Scribe preferred, but not required. • * Experience working with EHR systems and transcribing medical documentation is a plus. • * Healthcare industry experience is advantageous, but entry-level candidates with relevant skills will be considered. • Working Hours: This is a flexible, full-time remote position with the option to choose your working hours.
